Registration Opens for Abu Dhabi’s Qudwati Programme to Empower the Next Generation of Emirati Leaders
Leadership is often shaped through experience, guidance and meaningful conversations. With that in mind, the Department of Community Development – Abu Dhabi (DCD) has opened registration for the Qudwati Programme, an initiative designed to connect young Emiratis with experienced leaders and mentors who can help shape their personal and professional journeys.
The programme is open to Emirati youth aged 18 to 24 and aims to inspire participants by providing direct access to accomplished role models from a wide range of sectors. Through mentorship, dialogue and shared experiences, Qudwati seeks to nurture leadership skills, strengthen community values and prepare young people to contribute to Abu Dhabi’s future.

Rather than focusing solely on traditional classroom learning, the Qudwati Programme creates opportunities for participants to engage with experienced professionals who have built successful careers and made meaningful contributions to society.
