Qatar Toy Festival 2026 Wraps Up with Record-Breaking 148,000 Visitors
Qatar’s biggest celebration of toys, creativity and family entertainment has concluded on a high note. The fourth edition of the Qatar Toy Festival (QTF) welcomed more than 148,000 visitors, making it the festival’s most successful edition to date and reinforcing its position as one of the region’s leading family events.
Held at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre (DECC), the month-long festival formed part of Visit Qatar’s Hala Summer 2026 campaign under the theme “More to Imagine, A Whole World of Fun.”
A Month of Family Entertainment
Organised by Qatar Calendar in collaboration with Spacetoon Group, this year’s festival transformed more than 23,000 square metres into an interactive playground designed for children and families.
Visitors explored:
- Seven themed entertainment zones
- 63 international brands
- 33 interactive activity corners
- More than 480 live stage performances
The festival attracted visitors from across the GCC, with the highest attendance coming from Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates, highlighting its growing appeal as a regional family destination.

Inspiring Young Minds Beyond Play
Alongside the main festival, the QTF Summer Camp 2026 welcomed 417 children aged between 4 and 12 over four weeks.
The educational programme featured 76 workshop sessions covering:
- STEM
- Robotics
- Engineering
- Chemistry
- Art
- Arabic language learning
The workshops combined education with creativity, giving children opportunities to learn new skills while enjoying their summer holidays.
A Memorable Grand Finale
The festival concluded with a lively closing ceremony featuring a highlights video, an inspiring talk by Rateel AlShehri, energetic performances from the festival’s mascots and a colourful balloon drop that brought the month-long celebration to an unforgettable close.

With another successful edition complete, the Qatar Toy Festival continues to play an important role in Qatar’s year-round calendar of family entertainment, offering immersive experiences that bring together creativity, learning and unforgettable moments for visitors of all ages.
