InnerG Brings a Ladies-Only Arabian Nights Reformer Pilates Experience to Abu Dhabi

For women looking to add something a little different to their midweek wellness routine, InnerG Studios is hosting an exclusive Arabian Nights Reformer Pilates Class in Abu Dhabi on Wednesday, 16 September 2026.

Taking place at 7pm at InnerG, Space42 Arena, the ladies-only experience combines Reformer Pilates with an Arabian-inspired setting, creating an intimate evening centred around movement, wellness and community.
