BBQ Bros Returns to Marriott Marquis Dubai Creek for Its Third Season This October
Dubai’s outdoor dining season is back, and BBQ Bros is reopening at Marriott Marquis Dubai Creek on 12 October 2026. Returning for its third season, the popular BBQ destination brings live-fire cooking, a refreshed menu and waterfront views overlooking Dubai Creek.
Known for its relaxed atmosphere, communal dining and signature grills, BBQ Bros is welcoming guests back for evenings of good food and outdoor dining as the weather cools down.
What’s New on the BBQ Bros Menu?
The refreshed menu features a mix of barbecue favourites and new dishes, including:
- Revisited Beef Tataki: Served with sesame-ginger salsa and pickled vegetables.
- Smoked Burrata & Creamy Aubergines: A smoky twist on a classic favourite.
- Grilled Sea Bass: Finished with sweet chilli and a crunchy crumble.
- Fired-Up Baby Cauliflower: Served with beetroot tahini, toasted nuts and pomegranate.
- Smash-Bros Burger: Two prime beef patties with cheddar, caramelised onions, pickles and signature smash sauce.
Steak lovers can choose from premium cuts including US Prime Ribeye, Australian Wagyu Ribeye and Tomahawk. The menu also offers seafood, salads, pizzas, pastas and risottos.
For dessert, the signature fire-grilled Pain Perdu returns with caramel sauce, vanilla ice cream, nuts and grilled pineapple, alongside Chocolate Brownie and Peach Cobbler.
Outdoor BBQ Dining with Dubai Creek Views
Set against the Dubai Creek waterfront, BBQ Bros combines open-air dining with the energy of live grilling. The communal tables and relaxed setting make it a spot for casual dinners, family gatherings and evenings with friends.
Having built an international presence across destinations including Lebanon, Egypt and Kuwait, as well as appearing at Belgium’s Tomorrowland festival, BBQ Bros continues to bring its signature barbecue experience to Dubai.
