Abu Dhabi Summer Sports Returns Bigger Than Ever for Summer 2026
Staying active during the UAE summer can be a challenge, but Abu Dhabi Summer Sports (ADSS) is once again making it easier to keep moving, train indoors, and spend quality time with family and friends.
Returning for its fifth edition in Abu Dhabi and fourth edition in Al Ain, ADSS 2026 promises its largest season yet, transforming ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi and ADNEC Al Ain into indoor hubs dedicated to sport, fitness, wellness, and community activities.
Running from 6 June to 23 August in Abu Dhabi and from 10 June to 19 August in Al Ain, the annual summer destination welcomes everyone from serious athletes and fitness enthusiasts to families looking for fun ways to stay active during the warmer months.
More Space, More Sports, More Experiences
This year, visitors can expect an expanded experience with a significantly larger footprint across both venues. Abu Dhabi Summer Sports will offer 47,000 square metres of indoor space, featuring more than 70 courts catering to a wide variety of sports and activities.
One of the standout additions is the extended 1.5-kilometre indoor running track, giving runners and walkers a comfortable climate-controlled environment to maintain their routines throughout the summer.
The 2026 edition will also introduce a dedicated combat sports zone, providing space for martial arts training and competitions, alongside an expanded programme of wellness talks, fitness sessions, and community-focused activities.
