Qatar T100 Triathlon World Championship Final: 11-12 December

The community runs will officially launch a three-day sporting programme featuring professional and amateur triathletes.

The Qatar T100 Triathlon World Championship Final will take place on 11 December, bringing together leading professional triathletes competing for the 2026 season’s world championship titles.

On 12 December, the programme continues with the T100 Age-Group World Championships, providing another opportunity for competitive athletes to participate in the international event.

The races will take place against the backdrop of Lusail’s waterfront, combining endurance sports with views of one of Qatar’s modern coastal destinations.

Amateur Triathlons and New Relay Categories

Beyond the professional championship races, the Qatar T100 weekend will offer additional opportunities for amateur athletes.

Participants can register for open 100KM and Sprint-distance triathlons, with relay options introduced across both distances for the first time.

The relay categories allow participants to experience the event as part of a team, making the competition accessible to athletes who prefer sharing the swimming, cycling and running disciplines.

This expanded programme creates opportunities for experienced triathletes as well as individuals looking to participate in a major international sporting event.

For visitors travelling to Qatar in December, the event also offers an opportunity to experience Lusail’s waterfront while attending an international sporting championship.
