Momcozy Expands Breastfeeding Support Across the Middle East with Free Lactation Services
For many new mothers, breastfeeding is often described as one of the most rewarding parts of motherhood-but also one of the most demanding. Between sleepless nights, returning to work and adjusting to a new routine, many women find themselves navigating the journey with little structured support.
Marking World Breastfeeding Month, Momcozy, the world’s leading wearable breast pump brand, is expanding its support across the Middle East with the launch of its 600 Hours of Support initiative. Designed for mothers in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, the year-long programme combines free access to lactation experts, educational resources and innovative breastfeeding technology to help women feel more confident throughout their feeding journey.
The 600 Hours of Support initiative, the full survey findings, and the Momcozy Breastfeeding Support Hub are available at https://me.momcozy.com/pages/world-breastfeeding-week.
Supporting Mothers Beyond Maternity Leave
The initiative comes at a time when more women across the region are returning to work.
According to Momcozy, mothers spend more than 23 hours each week breastfeeding during their baby’s first year-almost the equivalent of a full-time working week. Yet many continue to face challenges with limited access to professional support.
Research commissioned by the brand found that:
- 40% of mothers described breastfeeding as one of the most challenging parts of early motherhood.
- Nearly three in four said the experience was exhausting.
- Common concerns included low milk supply, emotional wellbeing and fatigue.
These findings highlight the growing need for practical support as more mothers balance careers with parenthood.
Free Access to Lactation Experts
At the heart of the campaign is The Lactation Line, a free service connecting mothers directly with International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs) via phone, live chat and email.
Available from 1 to 14 August, the service provides 336 hours of complimentary expert support and marks the first phase of Momcozy’s wider 600 Hours of Support commitment.
Throughout the year, the initiative will expand with webinars, educational resources and one-to-one consultations, all available through the Momcozy Breastfeeding Support Hub.

Designed Around Real-Life Motherhood
Alongside expert guidance, Momcozy is introducing new products developed through its CozyTech philosophy, which focuses on creating technology that adapts to mothers’ everyday needs.
Among the latest innovations is the Wellness 1 Warm-Massage Wearable Breast Pump, combining gentle warming technology, synchronised massage and a soft wearable design to make pumping more comfortable while remaining completely hands-free.
The brand is also supporting Breastfeeding Awareness Week at King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz University Hospital in Riyadh from 25 to 27 August, where mothers and families can attend educational sessions covering breastfeeding, milk expression, storage and newborn feeding.
As more mothers across the Middle East return to work, initiatives like 600 Hours of Support aim to make breastfeeding feel less overwhelming by offering expert guidance, practical tools and reassurance when it’s needed most.
