K-culture fans in the UAE have a new date for their calendars. Dubai K-Fest 2026 is making its debut this September, bringing 10 days of K-pop, Korean movies, K-beauty, fashion, food, shopping and cultural experiences to locations across Dubai.

Running from 25 September to 4 October 2026 under the theme “Discover Korea in Dubai,” the first edition of the citywide festival will kick off with a major free concert at Dubai Festival City Mall featuring South Korean stars Kwon Eunbi and ONEUS.

And the opening night is just the beginning, with dance performances, movie nights, Korean dining experiences, shopping offers and cultural showcases planned throughout the festival.

Kwon Eunbi and ONEUS to Perform Free in Dubai

Dubai K-Fest officially begins on 25 September at Festival Bay, Dubai Festival City Mall, with an evening of free entertainment.

The programme starts at 7:30 PM with the IMAGINE Show, followed by the K-pop concert from 8:00 PM.

Taking the stage will be Kwon Eunbi, the South Korean solo artist who first gained widespread international attention as a member of IZ*ONE.

She will be joined by ONEUS, the South Korean boy band known for its performance-driven shows and distinctive concepts.

Dubai is also set to mark ONEUS’ first global stage following the release of the group’s 12th mini album, “FIRST LIGHT,” giving international fans an early opportunity to experience their latest music live.

The opening concert is presented by Dubai Calendar and is free to attend.

AIKI and Choi Young-jun Take the Stage on September 26

The Korean entertainment programme continues the following evening.

On 26 September from 8:00 PM, dancers and choreographers AIKI and Choi Young-jun will perform at Dubai Festival City Mall as part of a public event brought by the Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA).

AIKI is widely recognised for appearing on Street Woman Fighter and leading the dance crew HOOK, while Choi Young-jun has created choreography connected with numerous K-pop performances.

Together, their appearance adds another dimension to the festival, taking the focus beyond K-pop artists to the choreography and performance culture that have become such an important part of the Korean entertainment industry.

More Than K-Pop: Discover Korea Across Dubai

While the concerts will undoubtedly be a major draw, Dubai K-Fest has been designed as a much broader celebration of contemporary Korean culture.

The 10-day programme will centre around four pillars: Celebrate Korea, Shop Korea, Win Korea and Taste Korea.

Across these themes, visitors can expect Korean movie nights, K-beauty and fashion discoveries, Korean dining experiences, cultural showcases, shopping promotions and competitions, alongside live entertainment.

For K-culture fans, it means the festival can be experienced in several ways-from seeing Korean artists perform to discovering beauty products or trying Korean dishes around the city.

Korean Culture Gets a New Citywide Platform in Dubai

The arrival of Dubai K-Fest reflects the increasingly visible influence of Korean popular culture in the UAE.

K-pop and Korean dramas have built large international audiences, while K-beauty, Korean fashion and food have increasingly moved into the mainstream.

Dubai’s multicultural population makes the city a natural setting for a festival bringing these different elements together.

Rather than concentrating everything within a single venue, the citywide format also gives Korean artists, brands, creators and businesses a broader platform to connect with residents and international visitors.
