Pet Corner Opens Its Largest Experiential Centre Yet in Dubai Investment Park
Pet Corner has opened its largest space yet in Dubai Investment Park 2, introducing a new 20,000 sq ft Experiential Centre designed for the region’s growing pet community.
More than a traditional pet store, the new centre brings together retail, expert services, education and community programming under one roof. The idea is simple: to create a destination where pet parents can shop, learn, connect and make more informed choices for their pets.
Founded in the UAE more than two decades ago by brothers Gaurav and Sidarth Mahindra, Pet Corner began as a single store in Dubai Investment Park in 2004. Today, it has grown into one of the country’s most recognised pet care ecosystems, with more than 20 stores, over 25,000 products, grooming services, veterinary clinics and a distribution network spanning the GCC and India.
The new Experiential Centre is the brand’s biggest step yet in turning pet care into a more interactive experience. Visitors can explore products at their own pace, meet specialists, learn about pet care solutions and take part in educational sessions. Knowledgeable staff are also available throughout the centre to guide pet parents across different stages of their pet’s life.
The space is also designed as a community hub, with plans to host workshops, product launches, training sessions, adoption drives and industry events. It aims to bring together pet parents, veterinarians, retailers, manufacturers and animal welfare groups in one shared environment.
Pet Corner’s digital ecosystem also supports this experience. Through the Pet Corner app and website, customers can shop thousands of products from leading pet brands, access fast delivery in eligible areas, use Autoship for recurring essentials, earn loyalty rewards and purchase gift cards.
Education is another key part of the brand’s next chapter. Pet Corner University, available in English and Arabic, is a free digital academy created for children, families and pet lovers. Through short interactive courses, users can learn the basics of caring for cats, dogs, birds, fish and small pets, while engaging with games, challenges, rewards and certifications.
The launch reflects Pet Corner’s wider shift from being a pet retail brand to becoming a full lifestyle and care destination for pets and their families. The new Experiential Centre is now open at Dubai Investment Park 2.
