InnerG Opens Its First Abu Dhabi Studio, Bringing Fitness, Family and Community Together
InnerG, a UAE homegrown fitness studio, has officially opened its first location at Space42 Arena in Al Raha, Abu Dhabi, introducing a holistic approach to movement centred around community, family and personal wellbeing.
Co-founded by Rafif Tarek Alhassen, the new studio is built around the philosophy of “Energy in Motion”, offering multiple fitness disciplines under one roof while encouraging people of all ages to move in ways that suit their individual goals and lifestyles.
