Choithrams has partnered with PARKONIC to introduce a ticketless parking system across selected stores in the UAE – making the overall shopping experience smoother from the moment you arrive.
A Simpler Start to Your Grocery Run
The new system removes the need for physical parking tickets altogether.
Powered by PARKONIC’s digital parking platform, the experience is designed to feel almost invisible:
- No tickets to collect or lose
- No manual validation machines
- Entry and exit handled automatically through license plate recognition
Instead, your parking is linked directly to your vehicle-making the process far more seamless, especially for quick, everyday visits.
Where You Can Try It First : This is currently being rolled out as a pilot across three locations in Dubai:
- Choithrams DEC Marina
- Choithrams JVC Manhattan
- Choithrams Dubai Silicon Oasis
The rollout is expected to be completed by mid-April, with the potential to expand further based on how customers respond.
How the New Parking System Works
The process is straightforward and designed around convenience:
- You get 1 hour of complimentary parking
- At checkout, simply provide your vehicle license plate number
- The system automatically validates your free parking time
- Any additional time is charged at AED 15 per hour
For payments beyond the free period:
- You can scan a QR code at the location, or
- Opt for automatic payment via your SALIK account (where applicable)
