Nando’s UAE Launches a Limited-Time Summer Menu with New Burgers, Seasonal Drinks & the Debut of PERi-Crackle
Summer in the UAE brings a different pace to dining. As temperatures rise, leisurely brunches give way to sunset meet-ups, late-night dinners and spontaneous catch-ups over great food. Inspired by this seasonal shift, Nando’s UAE has unveiled its limited-time Summer Menu, introducing bold new flavours, refreshing beverages and exciting menu additions across all UAE Casas.
Available from 6 August, the seasonal menu features seven new additions, including exclusive burgers, the UAE debut of a popular UK favourite and three refreshing designer drinks.
Meet the New Summer Stars
Leading the seasonal menu is the PERi-Crackle Avo Burger, featuring Nando’s signature flame-grilled chicken thighs topped with smashed avocado, pickled red onion and the brand-new PERi-Crackle, all served in a toasted Portuguese roll.
Another standout is the Smokey Crispy Cheese Burger, combining a crispy golden cheese disc with smoky paprika aioli and caramelised onions for a rich, indulgent bite.
Making its UAE debut is the much-loved Fino Pita, already a fan favourite in the UK. The pita is filled with flame-grilled chicken, grilled halloumi, caramelised red onion relish and garlic aioli, bringing together bold flavours in every bite.
Introducing PERi-Crackle
One of the biggest highlights of the launch is PERi-Crackle, a brand-new crunchy topping created to add extra texture and flavour to selected dishes.
The new topping blends:
- Toasted sesame seeds
- Sunflower seeds
- Pumpkin seeds
- Garlic
- Onion
- Nando’s signature PERi-PERi sauce
Available as an optional add-on, PERi-Crackle allows guests to personalise their meals with an extra layer of crunch and spice.
Three Refreshing Summer Drinks
To complement the new food menu, Nando’s has also introduced three limited-edition beverages inspired by the season:
- Cinnamon Rooibos Refresher
- Cucumber Citrus Cooler
- Hibiscus Lemonade
Designed to balance the bold flavours of Nando’s flame-grilled PERi-PERi chicken, the drinks offer a refreshing way to cool down during the warmer months.
