Along with some relaxing, vinyasa, yoga stretches in the class, they let loose these adorable puppies who make sure you get that mind declutterred and work those abs out laughing. These sessions are designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and foster a sense of community among yoga enthusiasts and dog lovers alike.

As you enter the class, there are already yoga mats and water to drink, so you don’t really need to carry anything. The instructor starts when doing some vinyasa yoga stretches that are beginner friendly. After 20 minutes into the class they bring the puppies who are at the mischievous best and just want to play with everyone. So pretty much the remaining 30 minutes of the class, you are doing comfortable flexes along with some puppy hugs.

They are not just yoga class with puppies, but they actually allow you to familiarise with these puppies and experience what it is to have them in your surroundings, as they have tied up with a dog shelter, and these puppies are up for adoption.

The yoga session is 1 hour long : 20 mins of yoga, 35 mins of puppy love, 5 mins of meditation

-They already have yoga maths, but you are free to bring yours & a water bottle
