Celebrate World Mental Health Day With a Mindful Mosaic Workshop in Abu Dhabi
If your idea of switching off involves doing something creative with your hands, there’s a small and intimate workshop happening in Abu Dhabi this World Mental Health Day.
On Saturday, 10 October 2026, INTENDED is teaming up with Therapie and Asas Arts for a Mosaic Coaster Workshop – a 90 – minute creative session designed around mindfulness, connection and taking some time away from the everyday routine.
Held at Therapie Abu Dhabi at 11 AM, the workshop is limited to just 12 guests, making it a more relaxed alternative to some of the city’s larger World Mental Health Day events.
Create Your Own Mosaic Coaster
The workshop will be led by Sarah Al Senaani of Asas Arts, who will guide participants through the process of designing and creating their own handmade mosaic coaster.
No complicated art project or large group setting – the idea is simply to spend 90 minutes focusing on something tactile and creative.
At the end of the workshop, each guest can take their finished mosaic coaster home.
